The following terms apply to the service offered by Insurance Leads to supply you with insurance and finance leads. By using Insurance Leads service, you acknowledge that you agree to and are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Leads

Insurance Leads will provide the amount of leads requested from the agreed start date. Leads will be delivered to you in real time via email and the leads portal set up by Insurance Leads prior to the agreed start date. Insurance Leads takes on regular feedback about how the leads are performing and can make adjustments when requested. Insurance Leads is not responsible for your systems or processes used to convert a lead into a client.

Leads replacement

Insurance Leads endeavours to supply you with leads that are of quality to your business. In some cases

Insurance Leads will replace leads if: 

- the phone number provided is disconnected, incomplete or a wrong number

- the leads is a duplicate received in the past 30 days

- the contact information is obviously incorrect

- the contact did not request to be contacted.

All replacement leads will be supplied to you within 30 days after a request is received and approved. 

Payments

All payments for the service is to be made in advance unless otherwise noted and agreed. The amount paid is the total price agreed to in the proposal document. Insurance Leads is unable to commence work or produce any leads unless full payment is received.

Confidentiality

To help facilitate the service being provided, you may need to provide sensitive information. Insurance Leads maintains the confidentiality of all information provided to enable Insurance Leads to deliver the service. This includes but is not limited to sensitive business and financial information, client databases and trade secrets. Insurance Leads will not discuss this information with any other party unless we have authorised permission

Copyrights

Insurance Leads is under no obligation to provide or share any text, graphic, photo, video, markup or other elements used to provide any part of the service.

Liabilities

Insurance Leads is not liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the use of Insurance Leads services.

Updates

Insurance Leads reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version is
